The Soccer City Kelowna United Clubwear store can ship to ANYWHERE in Canada

We will ship using either FedEx or Canada Post depending up your shipping address (FedEx does not ship to PO Box numbers)

You will be notified via email once your order is completed and has been shipped - for FedEx deliveries, this email will include your FedEx tracking number.

The estimated days for delivery by FedEx/Canada Post are for AFTER your order has been put together and physically left our warehouses (standard order processing time is 2 weeks +/- a couple of days).

Shipping Rates

Order Value > $30: FLAT-RATE $5

Order Value < $30: FLAT-RATE $12

Please Note:

Orders are only shipped on Business days (Monday to Friday, excluding National holidays)

Orders with PO Boxes used for shipping addresses will be shipped via Canada Post

We do not refund shipping costs for returned items unless the items are being returned for manufacturing defects or we sent you the wrong items
