Shipping
You may choose to have your order shipped directly to the location of your choosing via courier once it has completed the embellishment process.
A standard embellished order requires 2 to 3 weeks lead time to be completed and delivered. You will be notified via email your FedEx tracking number once your order is completed and being shipped.
Currently, we offer FedEx standard ground (1-7 days).
The estimated days for delivery by FedEx are for AFTER your order has been put together and physically left our warehouses.

In-Store Pickup
Alternatively, you may pickup your completed order at our Langley Soccer City retail location at no charge.
A standard embellished order requires 2 to 3 weeks lead time to be completed. A customer service representative will email you once your order is ready to be picked up along with any pick up instructions.
Do not come into our retail location to pickup your order UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THIS EMAIL.
