New, unworn or unprinted merchandise may be returned for refunded or size exchange within fifteen (15) days to any Soccer City retail location.
Refunds can not, however, be honored without a valid order receipt and original packaging.
Refunds or exchanges are not permitted on printed team products unless there is a manufacturer's defect present or valid printing error which is subject to inspection. Soccer City reserves the right to fix or replace printing errors after inspection and before refunds or store credit is issued.
No returns or refunds will be given on worn or washed product. All reprints require two (2) weeks lead time.
