Returned items must be unused/unworn and in original packaging. A copy of the original SCW Whitecaps order invoice must also be included

Refunds can not, however, be honored without a valid order receipt and original packaging

Items must be returned within 30 days

Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Upon inspection, we will reimburse $5 towards the shipping cost. If returned item is due to a manufacturing defect, we will also reimburse the return shipping fees fully

To start a return process, reply to your original completed order invoice email and let us know why you wish to return the item(s). Please include as much detail as possible
